amending and supplementing the Geometry Act.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The scope which they exercise under the Act of 16 April 1948, No. 82 Coll., on the modification of the scope in matters of public measurement and mapping (Land Law), Minister of Finance and Ministry of Finance, passes to the Minister of Technology and Ministry of Technology.
Law 82 / 1948 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. the words "Minister of Finance" shall be replaced by "Minister of Technology" and "Ministry of Finance" by "Ministry of Technology."
2. Paragraph 1 (2) (e) reads as follows:
"(e) all the work necessary for the establishment, renewal and maintenance of the land register pursuant to the Act of 16 December 1927, No 177 Coll., on land register and its management (cadastral law), as a single consolidated work;"
3. the words "and extradition" shall be inserted after the words "any reproduction."
4. Paragraph 3 (3), first sentence:
"The rates of fees for works covered by public measurements and maps and for the use of their results and supporting documents shall be determined by the Ministry of Technology in agreement with the Ministry of Finance by a decree in the Official Journal. ';

"(1) The Ministry of Technology is responsible for the management and supervision of public measurement and mapping.
(2) Public evaluation and mapping work shall be provided, subject to the provisions of paragraph 3, by the Regional National Committees and by the Regional National Committees, in the case of national committees carrying out their duties.
(3) Public assessment and mapping work of national importance and work of special character and importance is carried out by the Ministry of Technology by special attached institutes whose organisation, competence and names are regulated by the Government by the regulation.
(4) The staff assigned to the institutions constitute separate personal states. "
6. Paragraph 7 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Ministry of Technology may also produce, reproduce and publish other maps."
7. Article 11 shall be deleted;
(1) Staff still in the field of public measurement and mapping in the Ministry of Finance are transferred to the Ministry of Technology.
(2) The Ministry of Technology takes over all file, measurement and written operators, all equipment and all operational material used for the purposes referred to in § 1, paragraph 2 of Act No. 82 / 1948 Coll.
The date on which the district national committees take responsibility for public measurement and mapping in accordance with Paragraph 4 (2) of the Geometric Act shall be determined by the Government by a regulation. Until that happens, the cadastral metering authorities shall exercise this competence.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1950; It shall be implemented by the Ministers of Technology, Interior and Finance in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
