DECLARATION
of 14 January 2016
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides for Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature Protection and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No B- 197.108 / 48- i / 3 on the establishment of the Nature Reserve "Horina," of 5 November 1948.
2. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No 174076 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the Nature Reserve "Florist," of 8 April 1950.
3. Decree No H-40852 / 46-III / 1 of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art on the establishment of the Nature Reserve "Bakery," of 23 July 1946.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No 94204 / 51-IV / 5 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Velatic Blind Page," of 5 June 1951.

Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2016.
