on the announcement of the overall outcome of the election of the President of the Republic on 11 and 12 January 2013 (Round I) and on 25 and 26 January 2013 (Round II)
The State Election Commission declares and publishes pursuant to § 7 (2) (e) and § 57 (1) of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Election of the President of the Republic), the overall result of the election of the President of the Republic held on 11 and 12 January 2013 (Round I) and on 25 and 26 January 2013 (Round II).
A.
Result of the 1st round of the President's election of 11 and 12 January 2013
In the first round of the election of the President of the Republic held on 11 and 12 January 2013, no candidate was elected within the meaning of the provisions of § 54 of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the election of the President of the Republic).
