DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 356 / 2008 Coll., implementing Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 3 (7), § 4 (9) and § 5 (9) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 214 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 33 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 356 / 2008 Coll., implementing Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended, as amended, as amended, Decree No. 178 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 169 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 336 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 198 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Commission Directive 82 / 475 / EEC of 23 June 1982 determining the groups of feed materials which may be used to designate compound feedingstuffs for domestic animals, as amended. Directive 2002 / 32 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 May 2002 on undesirable substances in animal feed, as amended. Commission Directive 2008 / 38 / EC of 5 March 2008 establishing a list of intended uses of feed for particular nutritional purposes. Commission Directive 2008 / 82 / EC of 30 July 2008 amending Directive 2008 / 38 / EC as regards feed intended to support renal function in the case of chronic renal insufficiency. ';
2. Paragraph 4, including the title and footnote 17, reads as follows:
Adverse substances and products, warehouse pests
[K § 3 (7) (a) and (b) of the Act]
(1) The content of undesirable substances in products for feeding shall be considered satisfactory if the analytical result does not exceed the maximum levels of the content specified in the directly applicable European Union regulation governing the area of undesirable substances (17).
(2) The list of stock pests depicted is set out in Annex 3.
17) Commission Regulation (EU) No 574 / 2011 of 16 June 2011 amending Annex I to Directive 2002 / 32 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels for nitrites, melamine, Ambrosia spp. and cross-contamination with certain coccidiostats and histomonostats and consolidating Annexes I and II thereto. '
3. in Article 23 (1) (a), the words "or certain protein feedingstuffs" shall be deleted;
4. in Article 23 (2) (a):
"(a) groups of feed materials,"
5. in Article 23 (2), point (c) shall be deleted;
Letters (d) to (f) shall be renumbered (c) to (e).
6. In Article 25 (d), the words ", grains or oilseeds containing genetically modified organisms' are deleted.
7. Annex No 2 is deleted.
8. In Annex No 11, Part B, Vitamins, Provitamins and chemically defined substances having similar effects, the entry "Vitamin B6 (preparation or pure substance of pyridoxol hydrochloride) 'is deleted.
9. In Annex 17, point 6 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
