DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 10 January 2002
amending Decree No. 290 / 1992 Coll., implementing Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 25 / 1998 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 11 of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 290 / 1992 Coll., implementing Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 25 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (a), including footnotes 2 and 2a, the following shall be added:
"(a) carry out tasks involving the operational means of search (2) or operational means of search. (2a)
2) Article 158b of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2a) § 23a of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 265 / 2001 Coll. '.
2. In Article 1 (f), the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) at the time of training and preparation for the use of an operationally traceable means of faked transfer (6) and the use of an agent. 7)
6) § 158c of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7) § 158e of the Code of Criminal Procedure. '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
