The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 4 December 1994 the Protocol between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the supply of oil from the Russian Federation to the Czech Republic was signed in Moscow.
The Protocol entered into force on 4 December 1994 pursuant to Article 4 thereof.
The text of the Protocol can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
