Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 5 January 1987
amending Decree No. 3 / 1982 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the exemption of commercial goods imported and originating in developing countries from import duties, as amended by Decree No. 40 / 1984 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides, pursuant to Article 44 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No 3 / 1982 Coll., on the exemption of commercial goods imported and originating in developing countries from import duties, as amended by Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No 40 / 1984 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 3 / 1982 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 40 / 1984 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll. reads:
"LIST OF COUNTRIES,
of which the imported and originating commercial goods are wholly exempt from customs duty pursuant to Article 1 (a)

to which the exemption provided for in Article 1 (1) does not apply. (b)
