repealing the Agreements on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters concluded between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Governments of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the People's Republic of Hungary
The entry into force of the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Governments of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republic, the Republic of Mongolia, the Democratic Republic of Germany, the People's Republic of Poland, the People's Republic of Romania and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics agreed in Berlin on 5 July 1962, which entered into force on 8 May 1963 (No 28 / 1964 Coll.) in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 shall be deleted:
1. The Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of Bulgaria on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters signed in Sofia on 30 April 1957 (No 61 / 1958 Coll.);
2. Agreements between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Signed in Prague on 1 April 1958 (No 55 / 1958 Coll.);
3. The Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of Hungary on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Signed in Budapest on 8 May 1958 (No 79 / 1958 Coll.).
