Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management
of 1 March 1962
on the protection and the time, manner and conditions of hunting of certain species of game
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management provides, in agreement with the Ministry of Education and Culture and after consultation with the Czechoslovak Hunting Union, according to § 26 and § 30 (2) of Act No 23, on hunting:
Defending and hunting time
§ 1
Defence
(1) Throughout the year, the following species of game are defended:
(a) in the whole territory of the State, mountain camels, mountain goat, oatherless goat, European moose, mountain whiting, bear brassica, river otter, drop-big, turnip and tetrash, wild chick, wild turkey, dill, wild dove, squid, all kinds of ducks (except for the species referred to in § 2 (1) No 23), bernek, leech, alfalfa (except for the provisions of § 3 (4), sawdust, rosewood, and with the exception of the provisions of § 3 (2) (2) (owls), stalks, whiting and seagulls.
(b) only in the Czech regions of the lynx (with the exception of the provisions of § 2 (1) No 10), wild cat, wild raccoon, forest crane - faucet, ash herrings, cormorant.
(c) only in Slovakia, a squirrel and in a chase outside the separate and recognised pheasant pheasant hens.
(2) The following species of game are not protected:
(a) throughout the national territory, wild boar (except bachy and piglets), wild rabbit, wolf, common fox, dark fox, dark skewer, light skew, mussel, colchava weasel, wild hawk, redneck, crow (black and grey), sea scabbardfish, sea bass and sea bass.
b) only in Slovakia a feature of the island and a great cormorant.
§ 2
Fishing time
(1) For the following species of game, the fishing period shall be as follows:
1. deer, deer and goat from 1 September to 31 December,
2. Sika deer, deer deer and deer goat from 1 October to 15 December,
3. Herring, deer, deer, deer, from 1 October to 15 December;
4. spotted, tanned and tanned from 1 October to 31 December;
5. muflon, muflonka and muflonče from 1 October to 31 December,
6. deer from 16 May to 31 August, in Slovakia from 1 June to 31 August,
7th deer and deer from 1 September to 31 December, in Slovakia from 1 September to 30 November,
8. Wild boar from 1 August to 31 December, wild boar - piglets from 1 August to 15 February,
9th field hare from 1 November to 31 December,
The 10th feature of the island of North Moravian Region from 15 December to the end of February,
11th badger from 1 August to 30 November,
12 kunas (forest and rock) from 15 December to the end of February,
13th wild cat in Slovakia from 1 October to end February,
14th raccoon in Slovakia from 1 November to 31 January,
15. Musk ondatra from 1 October to 31 March,
16th squirrel in Czech regions from 1 January to 31 January,
17th wild turkey from March 16th to May 15th,
18. Deaf grouse - Cock, Cock - Cock from 16 March to 15 May,
19th forest crane - faucet in Slovakia from 16 September to 15 October,
20th pheasant - cock in Czech regions from 1 November to 31 December,
in Slovakia, in separate and recognised pheasants from 1 November to 31 December and in other hunts from 1 December to 31 December,
21st pheasant hens in Czech regions from 1 December to 31 December,
Slovakia in separate and recognised pheasants from 1 December to 31 December,
22. partridge from 16 August to 30 September,
23rd March duck, common deer, blue deer and pollack from 16 August to 30 November,
24th geese from 1 October to 31 December,
25th black lyne from 1 August to 30 November,
26. Forest farming from 16 March to 31 March and from 1 September to 30 November,
27. becasin from 1 August to 30 November,
28th playsday from 1 August to 15 October,
29. garden dove from 1 August to end of February,
30 cabs dewy from 1 November to 31 March,
31st field raven from 1 December to 31 January; his chicks from 1 May to 31 May.
(2) If the first day of the fixed fishing period is the day closest to the day following the day of work, the fishing period shall begin on that day of work.
(3) The provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall not apply to branches, but only to the species of game for which the branch has been established.
§ 3
(1) In the hunts in which the foreign trade company Čedok has been contracted for foreign tax hunters, and in state-reserved hunts, hares or pheasants may have been hunted since 16 October.
(2) All year round, it is allowed to fish in separate and recognised pheasants of forest and rock kuna, badgers, hedgehogs, forest kans, roushna kans, owl owl (rifle), from 16 May to 15 July, kestrel and laughing seagulls, and in Slovakia all year round wild cat.
(3) Roundnose grenadier, big cormorant, may be fished for the whole year on the fledgling ponds and on the elevators from 16 August to 31 October. On the other cultivated ponds in the Czech regions, the ash and cormorant may be fished from 1 August to 30 November. A funny seagull may be fished on large duck ponds all year round unless a national nature reserve is established on such ponds.
(4) The Regional National Committee may, after consulting the Czechoslovak Hunting Union and the Regional Centre for Monument Care and Nature Protection, authorise, at the request of the user of the hunt, the selection of one or more pups from one or more nests of bream, if there are more than one in these nests. The user of the chase shall retain only one of the holes selected from the nests if he has not yet one; other stocks must be offered for purchase by an organisation responsible for catching and buying live game.
Fishing methods and conditions and restrictions
§ 4
General principles
(1) Fishing for game of use (both shoot and catch) may be carried out only to the extent that its tribal status is not compromised. If a shooting and game capture is planned at the same time in the chase (with the exception of the provisions of Section 5 (3)), the intended catch must be met in particular. If a particular type of game is prohibited in a district, only its intended capture or, with the agreement of the District National Committee, the capture shall be carried out for reasons of gender control.
(2) With the exception of wild boar, it shall be prohibited to fish for game subject to hunting planning, the breeding, capture and removal of which has not been planned in the chase.
(3) Wild swine are also permitted to shoot with a shotgun with a single shot.
§ 5
Small game blast
(1) The removal of hares, partridges, pheasants and ducks may only be carried out on common hunts involving at least three shooters.
(2) The hares may only be hunted once in field hunting on the same area, in forest hunting no more than twice a year.
(3) In the hunts which are intended to catch partridges into fences and hares into gillnets, partridges and hares shall not be planned and carried out in the year in which the catch is planned.
(4) A partridge blast may be carried out on the same area only once a year and a pheasant blast on the same area no more than three times a year. The hunting of pheasant hens is prohibited in hunts where pheasant animals have been newly introduced in the last two years. The release of pheasant hens shall only be carried out in hunts where a shooting plan of at least 100 pieces of pheasant game is approved and where the condition of the hens exceeds the correct sex ratio; no more than 20% of the intended shot of the pheasant game shall be fired on the pheasant hens. The total number of fowls and fowls shot shall not exceed the approved hunting and hunting plan.
(5) Ducks may also be shot on the move, not earlier than one hour before sunrise and not later than one hour after sunset; At least three shooters shall participate in this shooting together and shall use at least one hunting fit dog. In the Czech regions, duck hunting is allowed three times a week, on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
(6) Shootout by shovelling using the dog is forbidden.
Hunting for game
§ 6
(1) The number of hunts in each chase shall be proportionate to the hunting surface, the actual state of the game and the shooting plan; the number of shooters and hounds involved in each hunt shall also be proportionate to the hunting area on which the hunt takes place (area of the hunting ground), the number of treatments and the preliminaries of the shooting (number of animals to be shot for each hunt).
(2) In order to ensure the necessary tribal status of the game for further breeding, at least one fifth of the total hunting area shall be left as a chamber of game on which no hunt shall be conducted. This part must be integrated and show normal game restocking to which the hunt takes place.
(3) Chases may only be held on Saturdays and working days. In exceptional cases (e.g. close to large cities where wanking is visited for recreational purposes), the district national committee may, for security reasons, allow hunts even on a weekday basis. In the hunts in which the foreign trade company Čedok has agreed to pay for the foreigners, in state reserved hunts and in hunts where the state organization exercises the right of hunting for its own account, it is also possible to perform hunts on a weekday basis.
§ 7
(1) The Thessaloniki operator is obliged to report to the Regional National Committee and the Regional Committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association each hunt no later than five days in advance, indicating the number of participants in the hunt (shooters) and the name and size of the hunting party to which the hunt will be conducted (hunting ground) and the gun precursor.
(2) Before the hunt, the employer is obliged to check whether all the shooters have valid hunting tickets, whether the weapons are properly registered and their serial numbers match. If someone finds that his hunting ticket is invalid or the gun or gun number of that weapon disagrees, he shall be obliged to call on him to leave the hunt and notify the public safety authority of the case. In addition, he is obliged to take care of the proper arrangement of the hunt under the guidance of a reliable and experienced hunter (leader of the hunt), who will draw attention to the special care of the safety rules when using hunting firearms.
(3) Persons under the age of 18 may participate as shooters only in common school hunting. Persons under 15 years of age may not participate in common hunting activities as hunters.
(4) For the first three shooters and for each additional 5 shooters, each hunt must have one hunting fit dog.
(5) Each but not less than the end of the load and the hunt for all caught game, properly carried out.
(6) The following day after the hunt, a search warrant must be made using hunting-fit dogs. In the event of a search, only a hunting gun can be used by a hunting operator and a hunting guard established for the chase in which the search is carried out.
§ 8
Food supply
In order to ensure the supply of venison resulting from the delivery contract, the hunting operator is obliged to report to the shopping organisation the hunt five days in advance. Otherwise, the hunting operator is obliged to ensure that game is handed over in a healthy state; the partridges and pheasants must be delivered within 24 hours and the hares within two days of the catch.
§ 9
Intellectual confidant
(1) The Regional National Committee provides for the proposal of the Regional Committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association from among the experienced members of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association for hunting confidants, which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the hunting and hunting plan. The authorisation of a hunter's confidant shall not replace a hunting permit.
(2) In particular, Hunting Confidentials shall assist in the organisation of hunting activities and shall ensure that the spring tribal status of game is not disturbed and that all hunted animals are placed on the line. On the course and outcome of the hunt, the hunting confidant shall draw up a record which he shall submit to the Regional National Committee and through the unity of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association to the Regional Committee of this Association.
§ 10
Exemptions for certain organisations
Paragraph 4 (1), § 5 (3) and (5), § 6 (1) and (3), § 7 (1), § 8 and § 9 shall not apply to hunts in which the exercise of hunting rights has been reserved pursuant to Article 18 (1) of the Act, to hunts of animal research institutes and hunts of organisations in the field of the Ministry of National Defence.
§ 11
Animal capture
(1) The District National Committee may, in hunting cases having exceptionally high animal populations, authorise the user to hunt after consultation with the District Committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association to catch an adequate number of game outside the originally established catch plan. a copy of the permit shall be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water and to the organisation responsible for catching and buying live game.
(2) In cases where a planned game capture cannot be carried out for animal health reasons, the district national committee shall, after consultation with the Czechoslovak Hunting Union district committee, amend the schedule of the game capture plan to individual hunts so that the catch plan in the county is met. If it is not possible to change the schedule of the catch plan in the county, it shall, at the request of the district national committee, amend the schedule in the county national committee after consulting the Regional Committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Union. An amendment to the plan for catching game shall be made in time and notified to the organisation responsible for catching and buying game.
§ 12
Musk fishing
It's forbidden to shoot musk ondatra. It is not allowed to hold musk musk musk mussels in captivity and transport them alive.
§ 13
Shootout
(1) The shooting of breeding deer, i.e. promising young deer and breeding crown deer of adolescents and adults (five years old and older), is prohibited. Of crown deer, adult deer (nine years and older) with a single-sided crown or with short or weak antlers and short prerogatives in the crown are not considered breeding. The shooting of such deer and crown deer over 12 years of age shall be authorised by the District National Committee under the approved hunting and hunting plan; the number of such deer must be stated in the plan.
(2) Fishing for cloven-hoofed game other than wild boar is prohibited; However, at the request of a hunting operator, the district national committee may, after consulting the district committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association, authorise the hunting of deer deer and deer by one group of no more than 5 shooters and 2 hounds on the same day and in the same chase using the eligible dog for this hunting. The result of the pressure must be reported to the district national committee within 3 days.
(3) In the case of Sika deer and Virginian deer, only the shoot-out of penetrating pieces may be carried out.
(4) The Czechoslovak Hunting Union carries out annual breeding shows of trophies. The hunting operator is obliged to submit all trophies of hunted game together with the upper and lower jaws to the district committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Union, whose perimeter is situated.
§ 14
Shots fired
Only the crow, the maggot, the cauliflower, the falcon, the hawk and the krahul may be fished on the balconies.
§ 15
Captives
(1) The Czechoslovak Hunting Union shall keep a record of stocks held in captivity. The breeders are obliged to report to the Czechoslovak Hunting Association all the owls they hold in captivity. The Czechoslovak Hunting Union gives them a record sheet and metal rings; without such registration sheets and metal rings, the breeding of eggs in captivity is not permitted.
(2) The death or other loss of a captive stock is required by the breeder to report to the Czechoslovak Hunting Association.
(3) The sale and purchase of captive holdings may only be carried out by an organisation responsible for the capture, purchase and trade of live game.
§ 16
In agreement with the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water may allow derogations from the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Decree for a transitional period for certain types of game and for certain areas.
§ 17
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1962.
