amending Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll.
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided in accordance with Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll. is amended as follows:
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The cash unit in the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is starting on 1 June 1953 the Czechoslovak Crown (Kès), which equals 0,123426 g of pure gold; its course in relation to the rubble shall be determined on 1 January 1961 at 8 Cds per ruble. On this basis, the State Bank determines the Czechoslovak ratio of the Czechoslovak crown to foreign currencies."
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 January 1961.
