Government Regulation
of 28 May 1955
establishing the Ministry of Fuel and the Ministry of Energy and subordinating the Central Water Management to the Minister for Energy.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
On 1 June 1955, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy is hereby repealed and is hereby established:
Ministry of Fuel; and
The Department of Energy.
The central management of water management is subordinate to the Minister for Energy. Other provisions of Section 16 of Act No. 11 / 1955 Coll., on Water Management, remain unaffected.
The detailed definition of the tasks of individual government bodies in connection with the establishment of the Ministry of Fuel and the Ministry of Energy shall be carried out by the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
