on the merger of national transport undertakings "Czechoslovak navigation labská, national enterprise" and "Czechoslovak navigation oderská, national enterprise."
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 7 paragraph 2 of Act No. 311 / 1948 Coll., on National Transport Enterprises, as amended by Act No. 148 / 1950 Coll.:
(1) National transport undertakings "Czechoslovak navigation labská, national enterprise" and "Czechoslovak navigation oderská, national enterprise" are merged into a single national transport undertaking called "Czechoslovak navigation labskooderská, national enterprise" and established in Prague; its own brand is "ČSPCO."
(2) All the rights and obligations of the two merged national transport undertakings are transferred to the "Czechoslovak cruise" of the Elbe-Oder.
(3) The Minister for Transport will adjust the details of the merger.
The measures taken in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation before it is effective shall be those taken to implement it.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 June 1952; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Transport in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
