The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The deadline for applying for Czechoslovak citizenship pursuant to § § 1 and § 2 of Act No. 74 / 1946 Coll., for granting citizenship to countrymen returning to the country, which was extended by Act No. 107 / 1948 Coll., is extended until 31 December 1950.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1950; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with participating members of the Government.
