merging "State forests and goods'," State goods' and "State forests'.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Act of 18 December 1922, No. 404 Coll., on the regulation of the management of state establishments, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks:
The "State forests and goods' in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries and the" State goods' and "State forests' in Slovakia are merged into one state enterprise, called" State forests and goods', which is declared to be a company managed under the principles of commercial management (Section 1 of the Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No. 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the management of state plants, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks).
The Government Decree of 26 February 1946, No 40 Coll., on the division of the company "State forests and goods', is repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Ministers for Agriculture and Finance.
