Decret of the President of the Republic
of 23 June 1945
on the unification of customs law in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
§ 1.
For the Czechoslovak customs territory only the customs law in force on 29 September 1938, in particular the Customs Act of 14 July 1927, No 114 Coll., and the General Customs Tariff for the Czechoslovak customs territory.
§ 2.
For the period up to 31 December 1945, the autonomous customs duties fixed by the customs duty on imports of goods excluding the duties on coffee psr 2, tea psr 3, spices psr 4 to 8, pineapple psr 15, almonds psr 16 and tobacco and tobacco products psr 22, which are subject to the general duties applicable on 29 September 1938, shall be abolished.
§ 3.
This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the Ministers involved.
