on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) and Article 12 of Law No 458 / 2000 Coll., on business conditions and on the exercise of government administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 1 / 2015 of 4 September 2015 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 2 / 2014 of 25 November 2014 on regulated prices related to the supply of gas.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2015 and Price Decision No 2 / 2015 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 7 September 2015, amounting to 3. On that date, both price decisions became valid. Both price decisions are taken on 7 October 2015.
