amending Act No. 634 / 2004 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended, and Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. in entry 3, the following point (g) is inserted after point (f):
"(g) Provision of data from registration of road accidents CZK 100."
2. in entry 11, in the exemption clause, in point 1, the words "one month 'are replaced by the words" six months';
3. In heading 11, in the provisions of the Exemption, the words "or as a result of incorrect particulars on the issued matrix documents' shall be added at the end of the text of point 2.
4. in entry 11, in the provisions of the Notes, in point 4, the words "or surname of birth 'are deleted;
5. in entry 154, in the exemption clause, in point 1, the words "one month 'are replaced by the words" six months';
6. In entry 154, in the provisions of the Note, in point 4, the words "or surname of birth 'are deleted.
7. the following entry 25a is inserted after entry 25:

The fee is not payable
Submission of an application to initiate a legal relationship procedure in cases where an administrative authority may also decide on such designation on an ex officio basis. '
Transitional provision
The application to initiate a legal relationship procedure and the application to open a dispute in a public contract before the date of entry into force of this law shall not be subject to an administrative charge.
Amendment of the Road Traffic Act

1. Paragraph 123 (5) is deleted.
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 5.
2. In Article 137 (2), "Article 123 (6) 'is replaced by" Article 123 (5)';
3. Paragraph 137 (4) is deleted.
REPEAL PROVISIONS
Decree No. 218 / 2006 Coll., on payment for the provision of data from the registration of accidents, is hereby repealed.
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
