DECLARATION
of 9 July 2012
amending Decree No 352 / 2005 Coll., on the details of the management and financing of electrical equipment and electrical waste (Ordinance on the management of electrical equipment and electrical waste), as amended
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to § 37j (5) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 7 / 2005 Coll.:
Decree No 352 / 2005 Coll., on the details of the management and financing of electrical equipment and electrical waste (Ordinance on the Management of Electrical Equipment and Electrical Waste), as amended by Decree No 65 / 2010 Coll., Decree No 285 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No 158 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 5, the following point 7 (c) -III is inserted after point 7 (c) -IV:
| „7 c)-IV | Olovo v dielektrických keramických materiálech na bázi PZT (tuhých roztoků oxidu olova, zirkonu a titanu) pro kondenzátory, které jsou součástí integrovaných obvodů nebo diskrétních polovodičů“. |
2. In Annex 5, point 37 is added:
| „37 | Kadmium ve fotoresistorech pro analogové optické vazební členy používané v profesionálním zvukovém zařízení | Platí do 31. prosince 2013.“. |
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2012.
