GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 August 2007
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 181 / 2007 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (2), the words ", Mycobacterium tuberculosis' shall be added at the end of the text in point (h).
2. In Article 6, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (k) is added:
"(k) work related to the investigation and treatment of persons hospitalized in clinical centres specialised in the treatment of infectious diseases."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
