amending Act No. 19 / 1997 Coll., on certain measures related to the prohibition of chemical weapons and amending and supplementing Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended, Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Enterprise (Trade Act), as amended, and Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., Criminal Act, as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on certain measures related to the prohibition of chemical weapons
Act No. 19 / 1997 Coll., on certain measures related to the prohibition of chemical weapons and amending and supplementing Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended, Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Commercial Enterprise (Trade Code), as amended, and Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., Criminal Act, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "the Ministry of Industry and Trade (" the Ministry '), which shall be replaced by "the State Office for Nuclear Safety (" the Office'), which ';
2. in Articles 4 (1), 12 (3), 17 (3), 18 (3) and (5), 19 (1), 20 (1), 26 (1), 27 and 35 (2), the word "Ministry" shall be replaced by "Office."
3. in Articles 4 (2), 6 (2), 7 (2), 9 (3) and 9 (4), 13 (1) and (2), 14 (2), 15 (1) and (2), 18 (4), 20 (1), 29 (4), 30, 32 (1), (2) and (3), 33 and 35 (5) and (7), the word "Ministry" shall be replaced by "Authority."
4. In Paragraph 8 (1), the word "Ministry 'is replaced by the word" Office'.
5. in § 14 (1) (c) and § 31, first sentence, the word "Ministry" shall be replaced by "Office" and in § 31, second sentence, the words "Minister of Industry and Trade" shall be replaced by "President of the Office."
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
1. The existing legislation, issued for the implementation of Act No. 19 / 1997 Coll., on certain measures related to the prohibition of chemical weapons and on the amendment and amendment of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on the zoning and construction rules (Construction Act), as amended, Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on the Commercial Business Act (Trade Code Act), as amended, and Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., the Criminal Act, as amended, and the Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., and the Licences and Other Decisions, issued under this Act, are regarded as legislation, licences and other decisions issued under Act No. 455 / 1997 Coll., on certain measures related to the purchase of chemical weapons and amendments to Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll.
2. Proceedings initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be completed by the State Nuclear Safety Authority.

1. In Annex 2 to the LIABILITIES LIABILITIES OF Group 214: Other "Providing of physical services * * * *) ', in column 1, the words" and sports' are inserted after the word "and in column 2 at the end, the words" or the certificate of completion of the retraining course organised by an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports' are added.
2. In Annex No 2 LIABILITIES TO Group 214: The words "and sports' shall be inserted after the word" and sports' in column 1 of Annex 2, and the words "or the certificate of completion of a retraining course organised by an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports' shall be added to column 2 at the end.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
