on the declaration of the territory of the historical cores of the selected municipalities and their parts for conservation zones
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to Section 6 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended:

The boundaries of the zones and their scope are defined in the annex to this decree and are graphically marked in the maps which are deposited with the Ministry of Culture, the State Institute of Memorial Care, the Memorial Institute of Central Bohemia, the Memorial Institute in Brno, the Memorial Institute in České Budějovice, the Monument Institute in Olomouc, the Memorial Institute in Ostrava, the Memorial Institute in Pardubice, the Memorial Institute in Pilsen, the Memorial Institute in Ústí nad Labem and the county authorities in whose territory the zones are located.
The competent spatial planning authority shall ensure that the territory of the zone is indicated in the relevant territorial planning documents and in the territorial planning ground for its acquisition and, where appropriate, when making amendments and additions thereto.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
