DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 9 December 1994
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 16 December 1993 between the Independent Trade Union of Public Road Transport Workers of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Employers in Transport of the Czech Republic, 1) as amended by Appendix 1 of 31 May 19942) and Appendix 2 of 31 May 1994.3) is binding on the employers listed in Annex 1, which is part of this decree.
The collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 22 July 1994 between the Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Textile, Clothing, Leather Industry (4) is binding on the employers listed in Annex 2, which is part of this decree as from the date of application of this decree.
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 11 February 1994 between KOVO and the Community of Industrial Enterprises of Moravia and Silesia, 5) as amended by Appendix 1 of 25 May 19946) and Appendix 2 of 15 July 1994,7) shall also be binding on the employers listed in Annex 3, which is part of this decree, from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
