The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 35 / 1989 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Czech National Council, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (3) shall be deleted.
2. Paragraph 2 (1) shall be deleted.
Paragraph 2 (2) omits the designation of the paragraph.
3. Paragraph 38 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Czech National Council establishes from its Members a mandated and immune committee and other committees for individual sections of national, economic and social policy; committees are responsible for their activities to the Czech National Council. '
4. Paragraph 39 (2) (h) shall be deleted.
5. Paragraph 41 is deleted.
6. Paragraph 42 is deleted.
7. Paragraph 43 is deleted.
8. Article 60 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The political, economic and legal analysis also includes a way of preparing the principles of the law."
9. § 96 is deleted.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
