DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 3 July 2001
amending Decree No. 177 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Citizens, the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 26 (a) and (d) of Act No. 328 / 1999 Coll., on Civil Documents, and § 5 (3) (a) and § 20 (4) of Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on Travel Documents and on Amendment to Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Travel Documents):
Decree No. 177 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Citizens, the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (4), the first sentence is replaced by the following sentence: "The background behind the person displayed is white to light blue, with the smooth transition of these colours permitted."
2. The following Annex 8a is added:
"Annex No 8a to Decree No 177 / 2000 Coll.
Application for an identity card
"
3. Annex 14 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 14 to Decree No 177 / 2000 Coll.
4. The following Annex 15a is added:
"Annex No 15a to Decree No 177 / 2000 Coll.
Application for an identity card
"
This Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication, except for point 1, which shall take effect on 1 September 2001.
