DECLARATION
Czech National Banks
of 1 November 1999
on payment and settlement between banks and branches of foreign banks on 31 December 1999 and 3 January 2000
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 38 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
Payment dates transmitted to the clearing centre by banks and branches of foreign banks (1) following its daily accounts on payment accounts on 30 December 1999, and thereafter on 31 December 1999 and on 3 January 2000, the settlement centre shall be processed on 4 January 2000.
The time limit referred to in Paragraph 18 (2) of the Second Order of the Czechoslovak State Bank No 51 / 1992 Coll., on payment and settlement between banks shall not apply to the processing of data under Paragraph 1.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
