DECLARATION
of 26 July 2023
amending Decree No. 157 / 2005 Coll., on the elements of the application for a test to demonstrate the competence to operate radio broadcasting equipment, on the extent of the knowledge needed for each type of competence, on the method of conducting the tests, on the types of certificates of competence and their duration, as amended by Decree No. 120 / 2019 Coll.
According to Article 150 (2) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 214 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 258 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 374 / 2021 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Article 26 (5) of the Act:
Decree No. 157 / 2005 Coll., on the formalities for the application for the test to demonstrate the competence to operate radio broadcasting equipment, on the extent of knowledge required for each type of competence, on the method of conducting the tests, on the types of certificates of competence and their duration, as amended by Decree No. 120 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (c) and (f), the words "pilot of an aircraft capable of flying on board without a pilot" shall be replaced by the words "remote pilot of an unmanned aircraft."
2. In Section 2 (b), the words "or air stations' are replaced by the words", air stations or remote control pilots of unmanned aircraft '.
3. in Article 2 (e), the words "on inland waterways or to operate a ship's station" shall be deleted;
4. In Article 2 (l), the words "or coastal 'shall be inserted after the words" ship'.
5. footnote 5 shall read:
"(5) Decree No. 281 / 2021 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act and certain provisions of the Travel Documents Act and the Basic Register Act."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
