of 17 September 2019
on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of Higher Degree for 2019, which was concluded on 20 May 2019 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Department of Workers of the Wood Industries, Forestry and Water Management in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association and the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication for other employers with predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 17.11 and 17.12.
The content of the Collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
