The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 46 (2) for the implementation of § 20 (1) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 268 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll.:
