DECLARATION
of 12 August 2010
amending Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 137 (2) and for the implementation of § 62 (5) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended:
Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 153 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 176 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 193 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 507 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 202 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 91 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 5 (2), the words "Permanent vertical road signs' are replaced by the words" Vertical road signs'.
2. In Article 12 (1), at the end of point (q), comma is deleted and the words "and" Parking lot K + R "(No IP 13e), which denotes the parking lot at which it is possible to stop for the purpose of disembarking and embarking persons who continue to use the public transport means of persons," are added.
3. Paragraph 12 (1) shall be added at the end of the text in point (y) to the words "; the use of a symbol, the specimen of which is given in Appendix table E 12c, may provide for a different method of grading cyclists in lanes'.
4. In Article 12 (1) (bb), in the first sentence, the words "a sign or a command mark symbol 'are replaced by the words" the symbol of the relevant vertical road sign'.
5. in Paragraph 13 (1) (q):

6. in Paragraph 13 (1) (cc):

7. in Article 15 (1) (n):
"(n)" Cycling in the opposite direction "(No E 12a), which, if placed under the road sign IP 4a or IP 4b, gives notice to the driver that cycling is permitted in the opposite direction;"
8. In Article 15 (1), the following points (o) and (p) are inserted after point (n):
"(o)" The entry of bikers in the opposite direction "(No E 12b), which, if placed under the road mark No B 2, allows the entry of cyclists in the opposite direction into one-way infrastructure;
(p) "Authorised driving direction of cyclists" (No E 12c), which, using the corresponding direction arrows, indicates the possible direction of cyclists, "
Point (o) shall be renumbered as point (q).
9. In Article 15 (2), "E 12 'is replaced by" E 13';
10. in Article 15 (3), "E 12" is replaced by "E 13";
11. in Paragraph 19 (b), including footnote 10:
"(b)" Crossing point for pedestrians "(No V 7), which indicates a place intended for crossing pedestrians through road; the mark breaks the validity of mark No B 29, marks No IP 11a to No IP 11c, No IP 11f to No IP 12, No IP 13b, No IP 13c and No IP 25a with symbols of these marks; the mark No V 7 may only be marked through the road communication on which the tram is operated if the traffic is controlled by light signals in such a place; in exceptional cases and in particular justified cases, mark No V 7 may be marked without the condition of driving by light signals; However, the sign" Transition for pedestrians' to the road traffic on which the tram is operated must always be supplemented by the inscriptions "! 12. In Article 19 (c), "V 8 'is replaced by" V 8a';
13. in Paragraph 19, at the end of point (c), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (d) is added:
"(d)" Crossing for cyclists attached to the crossing for pedestrians "(No V 8b), indicating the area intended for crossing cyclists through the road immediately adjacent to the crossing for pedestrians; the area may be coloured in red or otherwise; the mark shall interrupt the validity of mark No B 29, marks No IP 11a to No IP 11c, No IP 11f to No IP 12, No IP 13b, No IP 13c and No IP 25a with symbols of these marks. ';
14. in Article 23, at the end of point (h), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is added:
"(i)" Pictogram corridor for cyclists "(No V 20), which indicates the space and direction of the driving of cyclists and drivers of motor vehicles, indicates that it is located on road communication with increased cycling operation."
15. in Annex 3, point 5 (a), the image and the name of the "IP 13d Parking P + R" shall be inserted after the representation and the name of the "IP 13e Parking K + R";

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
