DECLARATION
of 17 September 2019
on the amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund for 2020
According to Section 10g (3) of Act No. 159 / 1999 Coll., on certain conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain tourism activities, as amended by Act No. 111 / 2018 Coll.:
Annual travel agency contribution
The amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund from 1 January 2020 shall be 0,05% of the basis for calculating the annual contribution.
Repeal
Decree No 188 / 2018 Coll., on the amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund for 2019, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 September 2019, with the exception of Article 2, which shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
