DECLARATION
of 7 November 2014
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., and under § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Order of the Regional National Committee in Nymburk establishing the protected natural creation of Libický luh of 15 December 1985.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No 97 095 / 51 - IV / 5 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Bolova, Pink Hill and Cat Rock, of 25 June 1951.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 101109 / 53 - D / II / 3, supplementing the protection conditions of the State Natural Reservation Tablova, Pink Hill and Cat Rock, of 20 May 1953.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 18 245 / 72, on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve at Adamce, of 29 December 1972.
5. Decree of the District Administrative Commission of Mikulov No. 8.963 / 1-VII on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Pouzranská steppe, of 10 May 1946.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 3075 / 56 on the establishment of the protection conditions of the State Nature Reserve Pouzranská step, of 4 July 1956.
7. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education No B-186 / 48-III / 1 on the establishment of a full natural forest reservation in the cadastral village of Milesice, dated 23 January 1948.
8. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 29.368 / 65 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Milesický forest, of 5 July 1965.
9. Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 81 / 1998 Coll., declaring a natural monument on Sail 2 and laying down its close protection conditions, dated 27 March 1998.
10. Decree No. 32.024 / 52-IV / 5 of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts on the establishment of a natural reservation U white clay, of 19 March 1952.
11. Decree No. 37.012 / 52-V-VII / 5 of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve at the Strejček quarry, dated 2 June 1952.
12. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No. 66.827 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation of Louka pod Kumstou, of 17 March 1955.
13. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No 19.119 / 55, on the extension of the State Natural Reservation of Louka pod Kumstou, of 14 January 1956.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2014.
