amending Government Regulation No. 464 / 2005 Coll., laying down technical requirements for measuring instruments
The Government orders pursuant to Article 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 7 paragraphs 7, 11 paragraphs 1 and 2, 11 paragraphs 2 (c), 12 paragraphs 1 and 3, 13 paragraphs 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 464 / 2005 Coll., laying down technical requirements for measuring instruments, is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Directive 2004 / 22 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on measuring instruments. Commission Directive 2009 / 137 / EC of 10 November 2009 amending Directive 2004 / 22 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on measuring instruments, as regards the abuse of maximum permitted errors, as regards the specific Annexes for the MI.001 to MI.005 instruments. ';
2. In Annex 3, point 2 (a), the last sentence is deleted and the dot is added after the number "1,25 '.
3. In Annex 3, point 3.3 is inserted after point 3.2:
"3.3. In the case of a water meter, the greatest permissible error (MPE) shall not be misused or systematically favoured by one of the parties. '
4. In Annex 4, point 2.2.1, the last sentence is replaced by the following: "In the case of a gas meter, neither the greatest permissible error (MPE) nor the systematic advantage of one of the parties shall be abused."
5. In Annex 4, at the end of point 3.2, the sentence "For a gas recalculator, neither the greatest permissible error (MPE) nor the systematic advantage of one of the parties shall be abused."
6. In Annex 5, at the end of point 4, the sentence "In the case of an electrometer, the greatest permissible error (MPE) shall not be misused or systematically favoured by one of the parties."
7. In Annex 6, at the end of point 4, the sentence "In the case of a compact heat meter, there shall be no abuse of the greatest permissible error (MPE) or systematic advantage for one of the parties."
8. In Annex 7, point 3.8 is inserted after point 3.7:
"3.8. In the case of a measuring system, the greatest permissible error (MPE) shall not be misused or systematically favoured by either party. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2011, with the exception of Article I (2), which shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
