DECLARATION
of 14 September 2007
amending Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
In Section 2 of Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., which provides for a number of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 418 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 13 / 2007 Coll., the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The provisions of paragraph 2 (a), (b) and (d) shall not apply to aliens of the holder of a residence document which is a national citizen or which is evidenced by a travel document of the Syrian Arab Republic."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
