DECLARATION
of 14 June 2005
repealing Directive No 9 / 1985 of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic MZ ČSR on organizational provision of blood, blood products and bone marrow transfusions, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides for the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Directive of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 9 / 1985 The Oracle. MZ ČSR on organizational provision of blood, blood products and bone marrow transfusions (registered in the amount of 25 / 1985 Coll.).
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 1 / 1989 Ú. v. ČSR, which amends and supplements Directive No. 9 / 1985. MZ ČSR on organizational provision of blood, blood products and bone marrow transfusions (registered in the amount of 50 / 1988 Coll.).
3. Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 40 / 1992 Coll., amending the Directive of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 9 / 1985 The Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic on the organisation of blood, blood preparations and bone marrow transfusions, as amended by Decree No. 1 / 1989 of the Central Journal of the Czech Socialist Republic.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2005.
