1. In Article 62 (3), the word "prerushenie" is to be used in place of the word "porozšenie."
2. Paragraph 4 of Paragraph 1a (2) (i), instead of "from payroll tax.)," correctly states "from wage tax .1)."
3. In Annex No 7 in Table I of headings No 5 and No 6, the following are correct:
"5. Unfavourable walking distance (grocery store, health centre, administrative centre) from the property belonging to the family house or intended for the construction of a family house - more than 1,5 km (not considered when urban transport is located) max. 5
6. Negative effects of surroundings (harmful exhalation, noise, shaking, dust etc.) max. 7. "
4. In paragraph 45 of Paragraph 59 (1) at the end of the ninth line, the word "ich 'should be used instead of" his'.
In paragraph 68 of Paragraph 83 (3), the place "(fixed working time)" is to be "correctly stated (fixed weekly working time)."
In paragraph 82 of Paragraph 96 (2), the "weekly working time 'is to be correctly stated instead of" designated working time'.
In paragraph 109 of Paragraph 143 (6) at the end of the sentence in front of the semicolon, the place "příslnú sumu krandov 'should be correctly stated.
Point 116 of the second and third lines of Paragraph 152 (3) of the "trade union body's decision 'is to be correctly worded as the" competent trade union body's decision'.
Point 160 is correct: "§ 211 ods. 1 znie: '.
5. In the third and sixth lines of Paragraph 48 (1), the words "or, where appropriate, the detection of an occupational disease 'shall be inserted after the words" after an accident at work'.
Paragraph 48 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The reduction or increase in the earnings of the worker following an accident at work or, where appropriate, a finding of an occupational disease as a result of a change in the amount of the salary tax which has occurred for reasons unrelated to his health as a result of an accident at work or an occupational disease, shall not be taken into account in determining the amount of compensation for loss of earnings. ';
