The Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. Pl. ÚS 34 / 15 on 13 June 2017 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and Judges Louis David, Jaroslav Fenyk (Rapporteur), Josef Fiale, Jan Filip, Jaromír Jirsy, Jan Musil, Vladimir Sládeček, Catherine Šimáčková, Vojtěch Šimíček, David Uhír and Jiří Zemánek, on the proposals of Mgr. Anna Shabatová, Ph.D., the public defender of the provisions of Article 2 (c) and Article 5 of the generally binding decree of the City of Litvínova no. 2 / 2013, on the security of the local public order and aesthetic appearance, for the participation of the city, with us. Peace 11, Litvinov, and the cities of Varnsdorf, with us. E. Beneš 470, Varnsdorf,
as follows:
Article 2 (c) and Article 5 of the Ordinary Ordinance of the City of Litvinov No 3 / 2013 on the security of local public order matters and the improvement of the appearance of the city, and Article 2 (c) and Article 5 of the Ordinary Ordinance of the City of Varnsdorf No 2 / 2012 on the security of local public order matters and the aesthetic appearance of the city, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this Decision in the Collection of Laws.
