DECLARATION
of 7 November 2014
amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended
According to § 78 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 381 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended by Decree No. 163 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 324 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 216 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 206 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 34 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Region of Kokořín 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Dlouhopolsko 'are inserted before the words" Holý vrch (112)'.
2. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava 'the words" Pouzranská steppe - Kolby (334)' are deleted from the column "National Nature Reserve '.
3. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava ', in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Pouzranská step - Kolby (334) 'are inserted under the words" Pastvisko u Lednice (1453)'.
4. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava 'the words" Table, Pink Hill and Cat Stone (377)' are replaced by "Table (377) '.
5. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava ', the words" (5874)' are added after the words "Hodonín Dúbrava '.
6. footnote + +) shall read as follows:
"+ +) Registration number of the object of the central list of nature conservation - § 5 (2) of Decree No. 64 / 2011 Coll., on care plans, documents for the declaration, registration and labelling of protected areas. '
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2014.
