DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture
of 7 June 2002
on the time of fishing for each species of game and the closer conditions for carrying out the catch
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 68 for the implementation of § 42 paragraph 2 of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Fishing time for each species
The fishing time for the following species shall be determined as follows:
(a) spotted tax - taxes and taxes from 16 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and tax from 16 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1);
(b) European deer, deer and deer, from 1 August to 15 January, with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and in the case referred to in § 2 (1) and in the case referred to in Article 2 (1),
(c) white-tailed deer - deer, deer and goat, from 1 September to 31 December except as provided for in Article 2 (1);
(d) badger from 1 September to 30 November except as referred to in Article 2 (2);
(e) mountain camels - camels, camels and camels from 1 October to 30 November;
(f) goat without oar - goat, goat, goat from 1 September to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),
(g) wild rabbit from 1 September to 31 December except as referred to in Article 2 (3);
(h) hunk of forest, hunk of rock from 1 November to the end of February except as referred to in § 2 (2),
(i) a fox from 1 July to the end of February with the exception referred to in Article 2 (2);
(j) muflon - muflon and muflonka from 1 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and muflonče from 1 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),
(k) wild boar - from 1 January to 31 December;
(l) sik Dybowski - deer, deer and goat from 16 August to 31 December, with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),
(m) sika japanese deer and deer from 1 August to 15 January with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and the goat from 1 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),
(n) deer - deer from 1 May to 30 September, deer and deer from 1 September to 31 December with the exception referred to in Article 2 (1);
(o) the field hare from 1 November to 31 December with the exceptions set out in paragraphs 3 and 5 of Section 2,
(p) a royal pheasant - a rooster from 16 October to 15 March, with the exception of a part of a pheasant who is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the law], or a wannabe who was a single pheasant (§ 69 of the law) in which the pheasant - the rooster and the hen can be hunted from 1 January to 31 December,
(q) a pheasant - a rooster from 16 October to 31 January, with the exception of a part of a pheasant which is a pheasant [Paragraph 2 (k) of the Law], or an individual pheasant (Paragraph 69 of the Law) in which both the rooster and the hen may be hunted from 1 January to 31 December, and with the exceptions set out in Sections 2 (4) and (5),
(r) dove from 16 October to 15 February,
(s) pigeons of dogfish from 1 August to 31 October;
(t) white-faced goose between 16 August and 15 January,
(u) wild goose from 16 August to 15 January;
(v) goose from 16 August to 15 January;
(w) wild duck from 1 September to 30 November,
(x) wild turkey - turkey from 1 October to 31 December, only turkey from 15 March to 15 April, with the exception of the part of the pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act] or the one which was a separate pheasant (§ 69 of the Act) in which turkey and turkey may be fished from 1 January to 31 December;
(y) guinea fowl from 16 October to 31 December, with the exception of the part of the pheasant [Paragraph 2 (k) of the Law] or the fowl which was a single pheasant (Paragraph 69 of the Law) in which the guinea fowl may be fished from 1 January to 31 December;
(z) maggot from 1 July to the end of February,
(aa) crow from 1 July to the end of February;
(bb) the redfish from 1 September to the end of February, with the exception of the part of the pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act], or the redfish which was a separate pheasant (§ 69 of the Act), in which the redfish may be fished from 1 January to 31 December, and with the exception referred to in § 2 (4).
(1) A year-round fishery may be carried out in the field of game species for which a branch has been set up and minimum and standardised stocks have been determined for them in that year (Section 3 (2) of the Act).
(2) In the areas of husbandry farming, tunicates, field cranes and partridges (Section 3 (3) of the Act), all year round may be fished for common fox, horse mackerel, horse mackerel and badger.
(3) A field rabbit and wild rabbit may be fished year round in fenced vineyards. For the purposes of this decree, fencing shall be such as to prevent wild game species from entering these areas year-round.
(4) The period of hunting using hunting birds is for field hares from 1 September to 31 December and for pheasants from 1 September to 31 January, with the exception of the part of the pheasant hunting [§ 2 (k) of the Law], or the separate pheasant (§ 69 (1) of the Law) in which the pheasant and orebic species may be caught using the hunting predators from 1 January to 31 December.
(5) The fishing period for hare is from 1 January to 31 January. The period of fishing for a pheasant shall be from 1 January to 31 March, except for the part of the chase which is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Law], or a single pheasant (§ 69 (1) of the Law), in which the catch of the pheasant - cock and hen can be taken from 1 January to 31 December.
From 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2030, the fishing period for the following species of game shall be as follows:
(a) spotted-tax duty from 1 July to 31 January and applied from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in Article 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(b) European deer - deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in Article 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(c) Muflon - muflon from 1 July to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), muflon from 1 July to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(d) sika japanese deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(e) sik Dybowski - deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January except as provided in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December,
(f) deer - deer from 1 May to 30 September with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), deer from 1 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December,
(g) mountain camels - camels, camels and camels from 1 October to 31 December.
Further conditions for fishing
(1) On the same hunting grounds, field hares may only be fished once a year and pheasant only twice a year. The restriction shall not apply to field hare and pheasant of the species by hunting predators and to pheasant, royal pheasant, red orebic, wild turkey and wildebeest in pheasants [§ 2 (k) of the Act].
(2) Common "draw" fisheries may be fished
(a) white-faced geese, field geese and wild geese only 3 days a week, on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday,
b) wild duck only 2 days a week, on Wednesday and Saturday.
Efficacy
(1) This Decree takes effect on 1 July 2002.
(2) Paragraphs 1 (gg) and 2 (4) expire on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
