of 24 September 2015
on the amount of the general assessment base for 2014, the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2014, the reduction limits for the establishment of the calculation base for 2016 and the basic pension statements for 2016 and the increase in pensions for 2016
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides for pension insurance, as amended by Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll.
The amount of the general assessment basis for 2014 and the conversion rate for adjusting this general assessment basis
(1) The general assessment basis for 2014 amounts to CZK 26357.
(2) The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2014 is 1,0246.
Amount of reduction limits for establishing the calculation basis
For 2016 above
(a) the first reduction limit for establishing the calculation basis is CZK 11 883,
b) the second reduction limit for the calculation basis is CZK 108 024.
Amount of basic pension statement
The amount of the basic area of the old, disabled, widower, widower and orphan pension for 2016 is CZK 2,440.
Increase in pensions in 2016
The pensions of old-age, disabled, widower, widower and orphan persons granted before 1 January 2016 shall be increased from the payment of the pension due after 31 December 2015 so that the basic pension rate shall be increased by 40 CZK per month.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
