According to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full text No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Committee of the Union of Money Workers and Insurance, it issued the Decree of 31 May 1990 No 6 / 1990 on the adjustment of the pay ratios of bank staff assigned to perform their duties abroad.
The proceeds for the adjustment of the pay ratios of the employees of the Czechoslovak State Bank, of the staff of the banks whose founder is the Czechoslovak State Bank or of which the Czechoslovak State Bank has the rights and obligations of the founder, and of the employees of the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, a. s., assigned to perform their duties abroad, are the proceeds of the Foreign Trade Minister of 23 June 1962 No 014833 / 62 on the adjustment of the pay ratios of employees of foreign business companies assigned to perform their duties abroad.
The yield shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
The proceeds were published in the Bulletin of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia No. 4 / 1990 and are available for consultation in all organizational units of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, Commercial Banks, General Credit Bank, Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, a.s. and Zivnostenska Bank.
