DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 30 December 1988
determining what is considered to be intoxicating resources and poisons within the meaning of Sections 187 and 188 of the Criminal Act
The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 195 of the Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) Substances listed in the lists of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and particularly dangerous poisons in the Annexes to the Specific Code are considered to be drugs and poisons within the meaning of Sections 187 and 188 of the Criminal Code. 1)
(2) The substance referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be treated under professional supervision for the purpose of treatment, mitigation, prevention or diagnosis of diseases.
§ 2
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
