GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 July 2024
on limited access defence documents
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 64b (4) of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., on archiving and writing services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 197 / 2024 Coll.:
The States of the originator and the labelling of their documents shall be:
(a) the United States of America, marked as "Controlled Unclassified Information" or "CUI,"
(b) The Kingdom of Sweden, bearing the title "Sekretess."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
