of 7 November 2014
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Dlouhopolsko and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Definition of national natural heritage
(1) The National Natural Monument of Dlouhopolsko ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region in the cadastral territory of Dlouhopolsko and Knežička. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Subject matter of protection
National natural monuments are protected
(a) forest crops consisting of communities of basiphical thermals;
(b) permanent grassland consisting of fellowships of saltwater meadows with infrequent, knee-free meadows and oyster crops;
(c) rare and endangered species of plants, in particular the population of the Latin infantry species (Sesleria uliginosa), the proud boar (Dianthus superbus) and the mud digger (Orchis palustris), including their biotopes; and
(d) rare and endangered species, in particular the populations of the species Lucanus cervus and Vertigo angustior, including their habitats.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or carry out construction or permit or make changes to completed buildings or changes to buildings before they are completed or placed on the premises of buildings, advertising and information equipment;
(c) permit or carry out geological work related to interference with the land;
(d) to adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same geological origin;
(e) store items, except for the short-term storage of timber on forest land;
(f) indicate cycling or hiking routes;
(g) disturb the soil surface using mechanical mechanisation;
(h) fertilise land or use chemical means; or
(i) planting or planting plants or releasing animals; consent shall not be required for planting or sowing the original leafy trees in the forest restoration site.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2014.
