imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.6.2007 and 30.6.2007:
1. Appendix 1 (of 19.6.2007) to a collective agreement concluded between
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 (of 31.1.2007) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
Union of postal, telecommunications and newspaper staff
and
The Czech Union of Posts Employers, Telecommunications and Press Distribution.
