implementing Act No. 452 / 2001 Coll., on the Protection of Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications and amending the Consumer Protection Act
According to Article 26 of Act No. 452 / 2001 Coll., on the protection of designations of origin and geographical indications and on the amendment of the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '), the Ministry of Agriculture provides for the wording of Article 5 (5) of the Act:
(1) The list of agricultural products and foodstuffs intended for human consumption to be entered in the register of designations of origin and geographical indications (hereinafter referred to as "the register") is set out in Annex 1 to the Act in accordance with Article 6.
(2) The list of agricultural products not intended for human consumption for which the specifications referred to in Article 6 of the Act are submitted is set out in Annex 2.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2002.
