THE LAW
of 12 June 1997
amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 246 / 1992 Coll., to protect animals against abuse, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 246 / 1992 Coll., for the protection of animals against abuse, as amended by Act No. 162 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 193 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 4 (f) reads as follows:
"(f) to practice or test an animal on another live animal, other than the training and testing of mink dogs in artificial burrows, to use other live animals as temptations, to drive animals against each other without requiring hunting or preparing the animal to be released into the wild; the methods of training and testing of mink dogs in artificial burrows where direct contact may occur with animals shall be laid down by the Ministry by decree, '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
