pursuant to Paragraph 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full text No. 52 / 1989 Coll.) in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Committee of the Union of Workers of Money and Insurance, issued a decree of 31 May 1990 No 5 / 1990 on the remuneration of employees in the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, Commercial Bank, General Credit Bank, Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, a.s. and Živnostenska Bank.
The proceeds include a comprehensive regulation on the remuneration of professionals in the Czechoslovak State Bank, Commercial Bank, General Credit Bank, Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, a. s. and Živnostenská Bank.
The Decree repeals the Directive of the President of the Czechoslovak State Bank of 3 July 1986 No R-36 / 1986 on the remuneration of professional staff in the Czechoslovak State Bank (reg. 18 / 1986 Coll.).
The yield shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
The proceeds were published in the Bulletin of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia No. 4 / 1990 and are available for consultation in all organizational units of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, Commercial Banks, General Credit Bank, Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, a.s. and Zivnostenska Bank.
