Order of the Minister of Justice
of 17 December 1946
on certain measures in the field of territorial organisation of district courts in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
According to § 3, § 1, No 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of 19 September 1945, No. 79 Coll., on the interim regulation of the judiciary in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, I declare:
The activities of district courts are renewed
(a) in the Czech Republic: in Lanškroun and Šluknov,
(b) in the country of Moravian-Silesian: in Bílovec, Jablunkov and Svitavy.
Until further modification of the territorial organisation of the judiciary, the jurisdiction of the District Court in Hánspach is transferred to the District Court in Šlukno.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1947.
