DECLARATION
of 19 May 2006
amending Decree No. 109 / 1994 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., laying down the rules governing the exercise of custody, as amended
The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to Article 31 of Act No. 293 / 1993 Coll., for the exercise of custody:
Decree No. 109 / 1994 Coll., laying down the rules for the exercise of custody, as amended by Decree No. 292 / 2001 Coll. and Decree No. 377 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "the Director of the Prison has given his consent by delegation 'are replaced by the words" the Director of the Prison has given his consent by means of a written statement in the prison spiritual service'.
2. In Paragraph 33, at the end of the text of paragraph 2, the words "and a prosecutor who oversees the performance of the binding 'shall be added.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
