DECLARATION
of 3 June 2005
laying down a model form for the application of the intention to obtain investment incentives
According to Section 11 (2) of Act No. 72 / 2000 Coll., on investment incentives and on the amendment of certain laws (Investment Incentives Act), the Ministry of Industry and Trade provides:
The model of the form for applying the intention to obtain investment incentives under Section 3 of the Investment Incentives Act is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
The form intended for the application of the intention to obtain investment incentives corresponding to the model laid down in the existing legislation submitted before the date of entry into force of this decree to the organisation shall be considered as a form for the application of the intention to obtain investment incentives corresponding to the model laid down in this decree.
Decree No. 108 / 2000 Coll., laying down a model form for the application of the intention to obtain investment incentives, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2005.
